Foreign Object Damage (FOD)
FAST's commitment to elimination of FOD led to our development of a nondestructive technique for
evaluation of impact damage. The FAST FOD Procedure TM
is widely used by all branches of the United States Military as well as airframe
makers, engine repair facilities, and commercial airlines throughout the world.
FAST has successfully investigated more damage to jet engines than any other
source in the world. FAST is operationally oriented and understands
the urgency of such an analysis which is critical to flight safety. FAST
is thus committed to delivery of the analysis results within five (5) business
days after receipt of samples.
